Formula E Heads to Buenos Aires – A Preview
The batteries are recharged, engines tweaked, race tapes watched and analyzed – after a well-deserved holiday break, the Formula E teams and their sleek, electric machines are gearing up for the first race of the new year!
On February 6 in beautiful Buenos Aires, Argentina, the 4th leg of the 2015/16 Formula E Championship season promises to be a showdown between first place Swiss driver, Sébastien Buemi, and our Warsteiner-sponsored Audi Schaeffler ABT team driver, Lucas di Grassi. After three tight races, the priorities are set for the Audi driver from Brazil and his teammate, our Warsteiner brand ambassador, Daniel Abt: regain the top spot in the driver standings, defend first place in the team standings and, of course, battle for the bragging rights which make bantering before and after the race so much more fun!
While skill, determination and a perfectly timed pit crew are all important, the fans are a major factor, too! Yes, you!
