MELT! Festival 2013 Review
Germany - “You MELT my heart!" was the motto as 25,000 electro music and rock fans streamed to the Ferropolis festival grounds near Gräfenhainichen, Germany, from July 19 – 21 for the 2013 MELT! Festival. For three days, enthusiastic visitors partied to the sounds and beats of today’s hottest electronic music bands.
The Warsteiner Brewery, exclusive beer supplier of MELT!, once again thought of something very special for this year’s festival visitors. For the “Pre-Party” on Thursday, the traditional travel day for die-hard MELT! fans, the Warsteiner Backstage opened its doors on the festival grounds. With a DJ set and special effects, Warsteiner set a high benchmark on this evening for the rest of the festival. Over the course of the entire festival, hundreds of fans enjoyed their very own backstage feeling.
Gambling tables for a round of poker, roulette for the adventurous ones and numerous pinball machines provided hours of fun and entertainment, while comfy lounges and a large bar offered places to hang-out. And especially after the fire show of the “Coyote Ugly Girls” on Saturday, the Warsteiner Backstage was “the place to be” on the Ferropolis festival grounds.
