MELT! Festival 2014 Review
The electrifying MELT! shook Ferropolis, the City of Iron, from July 18-20, 2014 with many top acts - from Portishead and Darkside to Fritz Kalkbrenner and Boys Noize. Awarded “Best Medium-Size Festival” by “Festival Awards Europe”, this event left nothing to be desired by the more than 20,000 fans.
The Warsteiner Backstage, already considered one of the highlights leading up to the event, has become a permanent fixture during the spectacle in Ferropolis. Open to everyone, festival visitors enjoy an experience during MELT! that combines club atmosphere, casino entertainment and party feeling.
For early-arrivals, the Warsteiner Backstage already had its doors open on Thursday for a pre-party that in the previous year turned out to be
legendary, and this year once again proved to be the perfect introduction to the festival days that followed.
Closing out the MELT! festival on Sunday, a firework of beats, brilliant colors, light shows and super-lively party atmosphere took over the Warsteiner Backstage to the delight of the fans.
