LENTE KABINET 2014

A great time was had by all in the sun-drenched Twiske at the Lente Kabinet Festival, now in its third year. The festival combines electronic music, art and culture in a superb outdoor setting and will challenge and inspire you, and maybe even play a few tricks on you...

Once again this year, the Dekmantel Collective presented an exciting programme in a completely new setting. Visitors could stroll through the fairy-tale forest, enjoy a beer in a mini-caravan transformed into a pub, and explore the different tents – anything was possible, and nothing was off-limits. All in all, it’s fair to say that Lente Kabinet’s unique approach to fusing music, culture and nightlife is just what curious festival-goers are looking for.

Warsteiner was also well-represented at the festival. Visitors had the chance to experience life as a racing driver in the area set up by Warsteiner and the TON TON club for Sputnic, an art collective from Berlin which has created an analogue version of a digital racing game simulator.

This fine example of German technology allowed visitors to watch on a screen as they used a real steering wheel to ‘drive’ a model car around a racetrack. Naturally, we were also right beside all the stages to supply the crowd with refreshing Warsteiner, Radler or König Ludwig Weissbier, just what we needed in the sweltering heat.

We would like to thank the organisers, the amazing crowds and the weather gods for this year’s fantastic Lente Kabinet Festival. Fortunately, we were able to capture this special day for you too – check out the photo album below!
